Tropical Weather Forecast - June 4, 2023

Things are quiet for now in the Atlantic Basin but there are some specific areas to watch during the month of June for possible tropical cyclone formation.

I am making this FoI request as one of the many people who are deeply concerned about the high altitude spraying which has been going on overhead in Britain, and other countries for some years now.

I am NOT referring to contrails, please do not make the mistake of referring to any 'ice crystals forming around unburned jet fuel' or other such reference to contrails, which i am quite aware of and i understand just fine.
I am referring only to the huge often crisscrossing trails which do not dissipate as normal contrails, but instead linger for hours turning clear sky in a short time to a white/gray haze.
These are often seen in the sky at the same time as normal contrails which as stated dissipate within a minute or so while the very different chemtrails remain.

I would like to know
1: what is the composition of these chemtrails
2: who has given the order for them to be sprayed over us without our consent or even our consulting
3: who is the operator of these flights
4: what is the cost (economically, as i am sure the environmental cost has never been fully explored) of these many spraying missions, and
5: how is this funded?
