A general idea is that the air pressure in african northewestern coast is higher than the eastern part of the Caribbean. So, the annual African northewestern airmasses migration is happened every year into the Caribbean basin. And, the hurrican season arrives from the airmass migration. Why a hurrican madly spins in the air. A hot airmass spills into the cooler Atlantic waters causing a resistant factor of the cool, but more hot airmasses stream in the ocean cool waters to surge forward above the cooler surface. The "fight" of hot and cool is on and turns violent each day until it violenly reaches the cool Caribbean basin in some hurricane catogorized force. The fight is only over when it reaches to the land where the "less hot" earth surface would neutralize the African hot airmass migration. Some fights just get over in the cool ocean waters due to lack of hot airmass reenforcements.
This would also explain why a sudden water funnel happened at sea like a sea tornado or sea monstrous twister.
But, what happens in the land tornado is slightly diff.
Will be later when chance arrives on press.

Dear meteorologist you need to study the global Doppler weather radar and the global infrared radar on wonder whether whatever. That's where hurricanes come from is the coast of Africa and come across the South Atlantic. The upper steering current coming out of the West in the upper United States curve the Hurricanes back towards the upper Atlantic or in some instances South Florida or Texas. That area of Africa is exactly where you want to watch for the beginnings of a hurricane. Good luck being weatherman. God bless take care
