My guitar teacher gave me something super similar to this back when I was in college, but a bit more challenging: two changes per bar instead of one. You go up Cmaj7 and go down Dm7, next bar go up Em7 and go down Fmaj7, etc.. I re-learned it and just posted a video response with tabs/std notations!

This exercise really really help!!!. I practiced this for the whole last week( 2hours/day).
