Dark Light ASMR for SLEEP💤Shhh It's okay!✨Towel over your ears

Tonight we have very dim lights for a dark and cosy ASMR session to put you right to sleep!
This one includes towel sounds over the blue yeti microphone on top of the fluffy cover for some really soothing sounds over your head and ears! (Almost like a scalp massage)
It also has ear to ear very close up cupped whispering and some guided relaxation exercises like guided breathing to help get rid of the tension in your body, calm your mind of any anxiety or stress and help you fall asleep without worries. Also occasional positive affirmations (shhh it's okay!)
If you prefer you can close your eyes and just listen while in bed!
