in today's vid, i'm going to help anyone out there who needs help with having periods put together either an at-home or portable period kit, full of everything that anyone could need to minimize the discomfort and stress that having periods brings! supplies that will help you avoid staining (and avoid embarrassment if you do end up staining), get rid of cramps, and boost your mood when you're bleeding out of your body are included, and more!!

I haven't had my period yet, but i have watched ALL of your videos. I even have an emergency kit i keep in my backpack in case i get my first period at school.
My friend got her period unexpected and she didn't have any pads with her so i gave her some of mine i had in my bag❤
I was so happy that she wouldn't be in an uncomfortable situation at school!

My mom has menopause and i'm 11, so she keeps pads in the house at all times just in case I get my period. All my friends have gotten their period so I really want mine but in most of your period videos you say to enjoy the time without it so i'll try doing that!!

What I put in my emergency kit:

• 2-3 Pads of different sizes
• Tissues
• Bandages
• Panadol and buscopan (buscopan is a medicine usually used for stomach pain and period cramps, and yes, I use it under supervision)
• Hand sanitizer
• Extra pair of underwear
•a bag to put dirty pand in just incase theres no where to put it or for a stained underwear
• deodorant
I put all of this in a gold pouch my mom gave me, and I usually keep it in my backpack for school.

When I first got my period, my Mum told me to have a warm shower, (whilst I had it, she put my wheat pack in the microwave so that it was really warm) and told me to put my pjs on, and she went down the road to get some chocolate buttons and marshmallow and we sat watching ackley bridge on Netflix. She told me not to do my homework and she wrote a note saying we were out all night at my brothers cricket 😌(we weren’t) I love my Mum so much ❤️ love your videos!
