Ive been seening a lot of 4th graders (9-10 yrs old) saying they have started their period. I just want to say that if you havent, enjoy life without having it rather then thinking of getting it. Trust me, u will be okay🎀. love you all🫶

I got my kit today. I’m going into sixth grade and I got, pads U brand, more pads with wings!! (Wings are extra stuff on the pad so it doesn’t get on the lines of your underwear), hand sanatizer, lipgloss, cucumber dove mini spray deodorant (same one from video), individual wipes, and that’s all! When you get it don’t be embarrassed! Every girl will get it.

Hand sanitizer or hand cream
Chapstick
Extra panties
Hair bands
Mini comb
Body spray (if you get odors)
Medicine (If you take them)
Small anxiety buddy :> (optional)

I think 3rd/4th is a good age to teach your kids how to build a emergency kit, unless very early periods run in your family or your chil already got it earlier, than as soon as the get it is good

extra undies ( if i get my 🩸 😅)

I am SO GLAD that my school has a female nurse and got the counselor, a teacher, and the nurse to give us “the talk”. The nurse’s office also has a few boxes of pads just in case.

(Im in 4th) one time I had a code red in the middle of class so I grabbed a pad and tucked into my sleeve then the MALE teacher said “wHaT dId YoU jUsT gRaB?😡” and I straight with no remorse showed my pad to him and said “a pad.” He was shocked at them I ran out the classroom😭😭😭😭
