If you cut the skin first, then salt in between, it helps draw out moisture and make the skin even crispier…

For maximum popcorn scin: try to put the pork skin side down in water for half an hour with 200 degrees Celsius, then switch it up and put the pork 1, 5 to 2 hours with 200 degrees in the BBQ. Best popcorn skin ever
