📝 Eye bag buster recipe: 😍
1. *Fractionated coconut oil* mixed with:
2. *1 Tbsp of organic coffee bean powder*
3. *1/2 Tbsp organic black pepper powder, ground fine*
Make a paste and apply mask under the eyes for 10-20 minutes.

Boost the effect:
1. After you have removed the eye mask, *wait 20 minutes* then apply a 5-10% glycolic acid cream to the under eye area (limit: use of this glycolic acid cream to 1-2x per week).
If tolerated well, use glycolic acid peel pads 2x week. Glycolic acids are shown to thicken the skin (!!!)
2. Add LED mask.
Cleanse face ➡ red light therapy ➡ under eye mask ➡ apply glycolic acid

Three main causes of eye bags 👜👁👁👜

2. Lymphatics: fluid buildup or inflammation
