For me when I've problems around my neck and under my arms all I use is pure organic aloe Vera gel and extra virgin olive oil
1) rub in the aloe Vera gel in the effected area first and let it dry
2)then rub in the olive oil in the effected this is what I do everytime and it works for me keep using until the problem clear 👍🏿
