Standing Frontflip Tutorial

How to quickly learn a Standing Front Flip! There are many ways to learn this trick, but I have found the most success with this method. There are also many other helpful drills you can do, but I wanted to keep the video short and simple and only add the necessary steps.

If you are too scared to try and do it try this:

Try doing some kind of a side flip and then once you’re able to do that you will probably realize that you can do it and you should be able to do a front flip. It worked for me, it might not work for you tho but you should try.

Thanks for the helpful video. I actually hit my nose with my knees trying to do this as a dismount off a balance beam. Gave myself a nosebleed :P

i remember as a little kid trying to flip like this but knees in front and legit bashing my teeth into my knees, good thing they were baby teeth
