When I leave the broth out like that I take a post it note and stick it onto a can or carton of broth so I know to not use that for another recipe. Never caught without the broth (or, of course, you can use Better than Bouillon!)

I’ve noticed leaky zipper bags lately too. My work around is to use Souper Qubes to freeze my broth, and toss the already frozen broth, into the bag and pop that not the freezer.

Have you tried the food saver zipper bags I have made your dishes in them and froze them They work wonderfully they also dont leak when put in the freezer.

You could freeze your broth before then add to your bags . Then you wouldn’t forget about the broth
