Yes being an Empath or a Super Empath like me could be a blessing or a curse! But going forward after Satan’s “Foot Soldiers” Narcissists that took so much from me because I felt sorry for them! I have learned to put a shield around me by focusing on how I am feeling, and not allowing other people’s moods affect me. I worked in a very toxic environment and I learned this technique on my own and it honestly works.

So true, I am in the healing profession, and I seem to attract narcissists wherever I go because they are so threatened by me because of their insecurities.

Number 1 completely consumes and drains me, it's taken me 44 years to keep this from affecting me and draining me. Number 2 frustrates me because I see it but no one else can, so I get the ol "maybe your looking into it too much". Number 2 is always confirmed from the person themselves or someone who's very close to them. Number 3 is also draining because im a magnet to vulnerable, toxic people who don't display the toxic traits around me and feel bad if they do. As well as animals, children, teenagers and the elderly. I have always been a lone wolf but it feels like im walking on the planet alone. I have a distinct ability to get along and tweak peoples behaviour naturally without even guiding them. It's been a very difficult journey but im now comfortable in my own skin. I don't tell myself im an Empath I just fit the category, I just say im a normal person. The rest are people who can't heal from hurts and walk through life playing the victim, no one is the victim, you chose whether you are or not. My ex was a covert, extremely difficult to catch out and to make it worse the divorce process.

My wife of seven years discarded me suddenly and brutally beyond anything I ever could imagined. Beyond anything I’ve seen in a movie or read in a book. I was shocked to my core and so confused how someone could be so cruel. It was during her discard speech that I suddenly for the first time felt the vibrations coming from another person. I understood quickly that I do not know this person. I think I was being worn because I kept seeing 911 every time I looked at the clock for two years prior lol.
