Is there anyway you can remove the ad at the end? I’m fine with the one at the beginning but this video makes me fall asleep 💜 and then the ad wakes me back up.

I have a little tip for everybody still awake after watching the video!

Watch it three (or two) times. You'd need to this so your brain is familiar with it. If you watch it once, your brain could get curious and want to stay up to watch it.

Close your eyes while watching the video. It might let your brain understand you're trying to sleep.

I could say that this did help me relax. Instead I'll challenge you all to take a shot every time she says white light. That'll be sure to land you in a good, deep and very permanent sleep
