Eine Art Lenkrad-Adapter fürs Handy wäre gut.
Ähnliches System wie bei manchen Drohnen-Controllern, also Handy in der Mitte einspannen.

Bin auf jeden Fall gespannt, das mal auszuprobieren.Find ich vor allem interessant, weil der Auf- und Abbau offenbar schnell und unkompliziert ist. Klar hätte ich auch lieber ne Digital 124, aber wenn man keinen Platz hat, um sie dauerhaft aufgebaut zu lassen, bleibt sie aus der Erfahrung mit der Go!!! als Kind leider die meiste Zeit im Karton...Das hier würde ich eher als Zwischenschritt sehen, bevor irgendwann die "richtige" kommt, wenn genug Platz ist :D 

Ich wüsste auf jeden Fall gerne, wie groß der Spielspaß im Vergleich zu Sim-Racing mit meinem Lenkrad und Stuhl am PC ist, da gibt es ja die Realismus-Aspekte wie Reifenverschleiß auch... 
Hab allerdings iwo gelesen, dass der Maßstab noch kleiner als Go!!! ist? 
Vllt ist das technisch bedingt, aber 1:32 fänd ich schon cool.. Und eine größere Fahrzeugauswahl als nur 911er, aber das kommt bestimmt, wenn es sich etabliert.

Umm this is the step in the right direction to having rc racing and a track in your basement or game room and have some amazing scale realistic tracks and be able to have full control of the car and run as many cars as the track size will allow to race with out thier being to many cars in the way. Great job Carrera this is part of the hobby market that nobody has done yet and had been needed to get new generations into slot car and rc car racing. I cant wait to get ky hands on this and build a scale half mile oval track using this new technology to have some cool scale realistic oval racing. My only complaint is that you need to have a rc car style transmitter and not phone tilt control that way you have more precise control over the cars unlike with a phone wjere its not as precise. But the cool thing is you can just buy the cars and build your own track like im goibg to do for a oval track. Please release and make dirt oval and asphalt oval stock cars and nascar ones also new gen NASCAR and 70s-2005 generation nascar bodies as well. This is a great statt just get rid of the cell phone function and make a real transmitter that has a screen pn ot for the starting grid and all the stuff the phones do.

This looks cool as hell, except I wouldn't want to drive the car.
If there was AI drivers you could program for certain behavior, and special instructions for the next track design...
Then I just lean back and watch my drivers compete. THAT would be more like being a racing manager.
The cars also need to be able to drive up and down hills, banked curves, uneven surface, uneven width track, jumps...
It needs to break for leading cars at an intersection...
There's a lot I would want, steering the cars is last on the list.

I really like the new concept. As far as I understand, driving physics and tire wear will be simulated on the smartphone. Are there plans to further utilize these simulations for more sophisticated vehicle settings, e.g. suspension settings?

Could be a nice alternative to Faller or Streets for the O Scale train guys. If you can have a couple of AI cars run around the layout, that would add some realism to it.

I had in the past the Anki drive but as I can see here in the pieces of the road it’s visible the pattern for the sensor in the 2016 Anki old and off market product not really smooth maybe it’s not the final version but I’m really think 🤔 now is 2024 must be more improvement of the 2016 what do you think ? 😂

My one complaint with systems like these (I have the Sturmkind Dr!ft car with the same control scheme) is that driving by tilting your phone sucks… I love my Dr!ft car, but I would love it 100% more if it allowed for even a game controller to be used to drive with… most newer phones allow for the connection of PlayStation or Xbox controllers to be used… if that could be an option (even if you can’t use a traditional RC controller) I would 120% buy this in a heartbeat!!!


Video game controller support shouldn’t be too hard to implement… even if it’s just for lane changes (since the car is mainly ‘controlled’ by the track and your not actually ‘tilt steering’)

Ich finde die Idee super. Erst am vergangenen Weihnachten hatten wir die digitel 143 wieder aufgebaut, und haben uns ständig darüber geärgert, dass man so schnell aus der Bahn fliegt und es somit nie über längere Passagen spannend bleibt. Was etwas schade ist, dass man zwingen ein Smartphone für die Hybrid benötigen wird. Das schränkt enorm ein, da man beispielsweise bei Kindergeburtstagen immer viele Smartphones benötigt. Zudem gibt es nicht wenige Personen, die sich einfach nicht die benötigte App herunterladen möchten, was ich ebenfalls verstehen kann.
Ich hoffe sehr, dass hier noch eine eigene, alternative Lösung von Carrera kommen wird. Sonst war das Unternehmen ja auch immer kreativ bei den Steuerungen.

Da fahr ich doch lieber ein vernünftiges RC auto. Carrera sollte sich eher auf den slot racing market konzentrieren und dort etwas überarbeiten.

Idee: carrera digital 132 mit verbindung zu einem laptop/PC mit kamera. So kann man online auf Strecken von anderen usern fahren. Latenztechnisch eine herausforderung aber das wäre doch mega cool.

This is a better video for this than what the CES demo video was. This however does need a controller to succeed. RealFX comes to mind for a controller. Of course this is also looking like the old Anki redone. The app for the phone looks good but using the phone to turn etc is not likely to in the long run to keep people interested. I had both versions of the RealFX and Anki years ago and of course it was fun at first. Correct me if I am wrong but another company bought out old Anki stock and now you are allowing the Carrera trademark on this hopefully improved product? Also are you involved at all with the actual manufacturing or are you the primary promoter? Thanks
