Sir you say, in monosaccharides carbon 1 has no OH group but in fructose carbon1 has OH group

Sir as you told that the general formula of monosaccharides is Cn(H2O)n
But we have a monosaccharides that is Rhamnose C6H12O5 but it doesn't follow the general formula of monosaccharides.
Please tell me
