A Deadbeat Dad

The plaintiff dated the defendant. He’s petitioning the court for a DNA test because he isn’t sure if he’s the father of the defendant’s 15-year-old daughter. The defendant says the plaintiff never questioned paternity until now and he even signed the birth certificate. She’s countersuing for unpaid child support.

The plaintiff said he proudly represents being a deadbeat dad on Facebook for everyone to see. I feel sorry for the defendant because she missed the red flags before seeing his true colors. He's supposed to be there for his child physically not mentally.
