Poster Child for Deadbeat Dad

The plaintiff has a child with the defendant and claims he hasn't been there for the kid. The plaintiff is suing for back child support. The defendant is countersuing because he says the plaintiff posted a defamatory photo of him online.

16 y/o and 14 y/o start a relationship and the 16 y/o was already pregnant. He figured it was a good idea to have a relationship with her. Then next year he gets her pregnant. You can’t make this up. 😮

well, she seems to be painfully growing up finally. The guy was only 14 years old and trying to help her out when she had a child at 16 by someone else. He certainly has moved on but it doesn't look like she's done much. She does have a major point on the child support and he can't hide from that and it's really bad on his part....even if he can't stand the mom the child is his and it's irresponsible of him to not be supporting and in the child's life. On a final note, the girl seems to have a lot of regrets.

How dare the defendant counter sues for slander over child support! That's outrageous! It has nothing to do with the case, what the plaintiff said was not slander, it was 100% truthful, you cannot file a false complaint. The defendant should be arrested for making a false complaint again the plaintiff for this nonsense claim for slander over child support! The plaintiff can get a protective order which means that the defendant cannot contact the plaintiff in any way -- Phone, Text, E-Mail, etc., if it's violated, you know what will happen.

This is the result of parents allowing teens to date! My children couldn’t have a FRIEND to date, until 17, then I had to meet parents, and have conversations. Ain’t nothing CUTE about 14, 15, 16 year olds being pressured by one peer, in a RELATIONSHIP. That’s not what teen years are for, and I’m not having a teen that perhaps have teen issues, having my teen, in any type of angst, because of teenage love! Naw! Honestly, as a person who's a single mother. Yeah, I don't get to choose what's better for the kid at all. The parents don't get to choose what's better for the kid if the father was to be in and out of that child's life, let them so that when the kid gets to a certain age, they would know without you telling them or without your interference. Let the parents because it's not always a dad to be mom's, too. Let the parents show the children, the child, the kids. How they really operate? So when they hit, is there an age like 910, probably teenage age, and they see that their parents is nowhere to be found or not doing the job of what a parent is supposed to be doing. Then they would understand what was really happening and they would be able to come to their own conclusion. Also, when telling people that this person is a deadbeat or anything like that, when you laid down with that man, he didn't change his ways or you lay down with that woman. She did not change her ways. Yeah, I'd be laying down with these people and then when y'all break up you, I wouldn't have all the words for them. That's mad disrespectful, and that's crazy. Cause I might not like her daddy, but I would never put that man down, because I laid down with that man and most of y'all are stupid enough to not realize that when you talk mad mess about the person you laid down with and had a child with you are calling yourself that same thing that you're calling them if he's a deadbeat, you're also a dead dude, because why would you lay down and have a child with the dead beats? Right, if he's a bum, you a bum, because why would you lay down with a bum? Understand so I'm tired of y'all keep on talking about these people like, yeah, I know it and everything like that when y'all done, including, when he's saying he's not the daddy and he's suing for slender, y'all coming out to him talking about. See Visa has some type of first of all. Why do she didn't order unless he was beating her a** But then you not gonna get every certain order on me and have me with child support.
