Some things that have helped to control my hair fall include: (1) I quit wearing ponytails because it leds to tension breakage. (2) I began massaging my hair and scalp 2 times a week with liitleextra cocoonnion hair oil while bending over & holding my head upside down to allow blood flow to the scalp. (3) Protecting my head while moving out to protect my hair from pollution. (4) Using soft shampoo again from liittleextra only to wash my hair.

I love coconut oil my hair, but i discovered over time that because I was putting it on the ends of my hair, it was giving me horrible acne. I had a chin length bob. I ran out of the oil and kept forgetting to get more. That's when my chin and jawline acne disappeared. My bob haircut was consistently touching my face.
