After mag floating, do I use the steel trowel?

You should tell people to check the tail end of the load vs. the head of the load. The tail always sets quicker. Shade spots are a whole other beast to monitor. People who watch these posts get false confidence. I do like how you are teaching the trade. I guess it comes down to being jealous of you. I have been teaching boys that slowly become concrete men for many years now. They have brought my attention to your videos. You do have very good content. Like any other old concrete guy just picking over the imperfections on every from slabs others poured to your videos. Sorry it is in my nature. You do have a great crew behind any guy who has the time to make a video has good men getting the work done.

Hi and Thanks for what you do, if i could ask if its at all possible to achieve a finish without using a bull-float (just a diy'er), i'm working in a confined space to lay a slab (small workshop) with no access from the sides. can you do the egde as you go or is that too early?, ,,,I've the basic tools of which you recommend.
