Good review Mark. I agree with your pros. Just want to add that The Grizzly 7 Speed helps with pedaling and extending the battery range and gives me some exercises. Also it helps to feather the torque for better control since the throttle only gives you maximum torque when activated. When I go off road I would put it on a low gear and pedal with both motors without using the throttle gives me perfect control without the front tire spinouts. Most new Grizzly owner’s don’t know this and would loose control on gravel trails or wet slippery conditions when they ride with only throttle. Throttle would just gives you full torque. I had read that many new owners was frustrated with the lack of fine torque controls. I was also until I found the secret to pedaling for better control. I had issues with both front and rear motor connector pins arcing and causing the noises and vibrations. I had cleaned out both connectors and shimmed the female sides with copper slivers I had cut from from a thin copper sheet. From the many reviews I had read on this problem was that the controller output was a tad more powerful than what the connectors can handle, so if the pins was not completely snug it will cause arcing and carbon deposits in the connectors thereby increasing electrical resistance which triggers the controllers and connectors to overheat resulting in systematic power failure and in some case will melt and short the connectors.
As a result Ariel Rider uses a new, slightly lower powered controllers in the V3. These new V3 controllers was also sent to customers like you Mark for warranty replacement.
The only minor drawback was that with the new controllers V3 owners was losing 2-3 mph top-end speed. I also heard many complaints about The new front wheel connectors are now under the seat. Which makes changing the front tire a, “bear”. Love my V2 with it’s extra power. I’m hitting 37-38 mph top-end speed with fully charged batteries. I’m rolling with Super 73 tires and Tannus Armor foam inserts. It has good all terrain treads and much lighter than the eHuntsman and the Shinko not affecting the Grizzly’s performance.

When I unboxed mine I was amazed at how heavy duty the frame is. That steering head and the frame behind the steering head are impressive. I think they reinforced the frame more due to the front motor.

Once you get moving, is there any significant advantage or common scenario to running front hub only?

Nice bike, but I don't like the look of the handlebars. Kinda sad you didn't address the apparent front wheel imbalance that's been noticed in some of your vids. I'm wondering if it is a typical thing with dual motors?

How do you hit 35mph . I've only hit 32 mph since getting my bike. How did you unlock it?

Let me know when you get a horn and review it. That bell does not fit for a name like grizzly.

Only 1 charger? They don't even sell them online. That's the biggest reason I can't buy this bike for food deliveries

from the V2 to the V3 the pros only went down cause of the single charger and the front power cable not unplugging at the axle.both are bullsh*t for the customer
