I have been watching your videos since before I started RT school. I have officially passed my TMC and CSE and am currently waiting for my NYS license. I will continue to watch your content as a refresher going forward. Thank you for being passionate about an under advertised healthcare profession.

ICU RN here. I recommend your videos to nurses, RTs, and residents all the time. 😊

I love your material. I wish you had been my instructor when I was in school. I have completed the boot camp which I loved. I have been an RT since 2008 but never got my RRT so I had to get back into "text book" mind set versus real life. I've never really had to study and have horrible study skills. I am so grateful for you and the boot camp with out it I have no idea what I would have done.

I want to say a huge THANK YOU for taking the time to create all these videos. Two weeks ago I passed my TMC on the first try, then last week I passed my CSE on the first try. Your videos were a TREMENDOUS help through school.

RT coach has such a practical approach to using non-invasive ventilation especially related to CHF. One addition thing I have found is that diuresis along NIV is a magical combination that can save the patient's life. Good job, RT coach. You are fun to watch but also a good teacher - Dennis @respiratorysensei from LindseyJones

Iam IM resident, previous shift at on call, I received ER call for patient has heart failure, hewas on 4L NC, ABG show Pao2 72 hypoxic, patient was on 4 L NC, I recommend to be this patient in icu to better monitoring there, few hour after that in icu patient Blood gas show respiratory acidosis co2 55, I think if we put CPAP on that's patient was better, because in practice, usually looking for co2 if not high, just support with nasal cannula, so CPAP was very helpful if applied for that at the end thank you for your great vedio

Everyone starts on BIPAP. We can figure out whether CPAP may be better later.

This a really good video and something I work with often. You might want to make a followup video on a couple of choices with Bipap that need to be thought about---Fi02 and Inspiratory Time. Bipap is a really good tool for turning around CHF and COPD exacerbations, and keeping your patients from being intubated.

This can't be right. Based on how many nurses I hear tell patients that the bipap is helping to push the fluid out of their lungs. :)
