I grew up using SIMV as a weaning mode and I see many doctors not using it today.

Question for calculating Ve.... we were told to use the Dubois scale and then told to use 100mL/kg. Which one is the most accurate? The case we had yesterday was a 3L/min difference between the 2 methods we were told to use.
