Look up the book ‘Fashion Victims’ by Dr.Alison Matthew’s David. It’s all about the poisonous things they used to use in fabric dyes and other killer fashion items in history. Super fascinating and mentions some of the same pigments u make videos with!

Can you review uranium colors? It was quite common for household items to be pigmented with uranium based pigment paints during the 1940-70s

Fun fact: Paris Green was seen as a less toxic alternative to Scheele's Green.

You should make a painting with all your hazard hues, maybe of a Victorian child eating paint

Passion and intelligence are a huge turn on. Add the fact this girl is drop dead gorgeous and you gotta trifecta here.

I bought some Gamboge from Etsy and it came in the same exact pot.

Holy CRAP! You got your hands on Paris green, I’m shocked! I love your videos though, it’s nice to get educated and see how the colours look like.. please stay safe though, those pigments are so crazy deadly, the stuff you’re going through for us is 😭😭😭

Science nerd here!!! This is one of my favorites. Soooo much about the moisture levels and chemical reactions is real interesting

I guessed Sheele’s Green! It’s a kissing cousin to Paris Green since it was also made with arsenic but was even MORE unstable and toxic due to using sulfides instead of copper!

That is so cool! I have never actually seen arsenic green before. I knew what it was, but I didn’t expect it to be so vibrant!

Victorian era was a crazy time, arsenic in the wall paper, plaster in the bread, asbestos napkins, ungrounded electrical appliances, uranium watches, mummy dust medicine, we’re lucky anyone survived at all

I was wondering which of the two related pigments Scheele's green or Paris green you'd be using. Nasty stuff, but a beautiful shade

Paris green is so pretty! I recently got several eye liners and an eyeshadow palette with the color as inspiration. Gorgeous.

Called it! Also, if you ever grab a green book from this time period, it may be Paris green.
