Allegedly Drunk Florida Deputy Found Asleep, Hanging Out of Car

Bodycam footage shows Florida police officers arresting an Orange County deputy for suspicion of DUI on October 15. The St. Cloud Police Department said officers observed Deputy John Guzman asleep in the driver's seat of his vehicle with the door open before questioning him and placing him under arrest. Guzman was temporarily removed from his law enforcement duties pending an investigation.

I have seen allegedly drunk people before, but this guy is the most allegedly drunk person I have seen in a long time.

Give the dude credit for being the first cop I have ever seen in one of these videos that isn't repeating that he's a cop and expects to be let go because of it. Shows he was more embarrassed to be a cop and get caught than he being an entitled cop. I don't have problem with this guy continuing to be an officer after he gets some help.

I’m over a year sober now, and my god, I remember being that drunk. It repulses me to think about it now thank god. My life is infinitely better now. Recovery is possible if you work at it.

I've been in this exact same condition several times, year's ago, before I finally stopped drinking 18 year's ago. It was the best thing I've done. I hope this guy gets help.

Buddy was 10 sheets to the wind. How he even made it that far is shocking. But he didnt identify himself as a deputy or even bother trying to lie his way out of it. He took it. So thats good. He needs help. Hanging out of a car like that is way too drunk

I can't imagine the embarrassment he felt when he was sober, oh my god. Being found by your own people... Kinda sad really. Glad he didn't hurt anyone else because this could of ended sooo much worst. The way he's just sitting there, calm, he knows his career is over.

This guy is one of the first officers not screaming he’s an officer and should be let go that I’ve seen. Props to him at least for that.
