The stats on shiny echo dont matter since you equip them as skin to any echo in your bag that is the same echo as the shiny one.

I just got shiny and it wasnt on the map? It was from doing a tacet field and receiving the "first time rewards". Mine is in the green rarity or 1 star. Is that ultra rare? Becuase i can only get 3 and 4 star echos.
