All GUARANTEED SHINY Echo Locations in Wuthering Waves (Its not Luck)

So apparently you can easily find the turtle and the shield guy in certain areas. From what I've tested you can't have multiple shinies at once in your world so if you want to try all of them, try it in other coop worlds.

there's at least one more (Rocksteady Guardian) and possibly another for the Turle. Also it seems you can have multiple Shiny's in your world or one of each (which was what happend to me). for the Rocksteady Guardian go to the Nexus teleport at the Tower of adversity, then on the little Iland thats North from it (you can see it on the map as well). For the thrid Turtle spawn, i couldn't find it but what I did was open the Tips tap and recontrsuct the location from the pictures of the "Phantom TD's" page (there's one with a Turtle and one with the Guardian)

This vid is ligit imo. The 2nd loc is where i found mine and i saw some1 on the wuwa discord share the loc near the turtle boss. I also found the guardian the same spot this vid showed.
