Basically the purple tape was the demon speaking through the headphones to the girl and she was being told to perform a ritual to spawn the demon by saying things like “pie man” which is a name for a demon called paimon, the little girl is Sam’s daughter Rebecca and they tried to merge her and the demon into one and they trapped them in the tapes

Guys, at 54:00 the barn looked at the screen. After, the barn started breathing heavily and case said, "the barnnlooks like he's about to die" it kinda makes sense, is the barn hiding something, or could potentially know something about Sam, or be Sam?

From what I can tell from the special tapes Sam made the Amanda show but when it became popular the studio wanted to take over. Hamlen, being associated with demons, had Sam killed off so they had full rights to it and Brianna. They killed Sam and hide his body somewhere after Brianna did the demon chant for the contract. When kids watched the show they'd be taken away by the demons or creatures associated with them, that's why kids go missing. They also want the kids to not trust their parents anymore, effectively brainwashing them. They no doubt killed Brianna and transferred her mind and soul into the show to become Amanda, she still feels parts of her own body rotting like Sam's. That's why Amanda was surprised you knew Sam's name. Also, the robot says to remember Brianna before it dies.
