Sony is HIDING PS5 Pro details... IT'S WORSE THAN YOU THINK

I'm excited for the PS5 Pro console because it's new hardware... but c'mon Sony. Is this really how we're gonna do this?

This console is such a ripoff. They cant even do 60 FPS as a baseline, imagine how bad 8K would be _if_ it actually can do it.

$700us/800eu, no disk drive (costs 80), no stand (costs 30), only 13-50 enhanced games at launch... all for a small number of games to maybe get 60fps upscaled. Sony is out of their minds.

Yeeah 700 bucks and they can't bother to include an optical drive or a freaking vertical stand that probably costs them like 2 dollars to produce? I'm assuming it will use the same disc module as the slim, but that's still another 100 bucks, which is especially annoying if you bought a launch unit with a disc drive and all your games are on disc, so I actually have more reasons to not upgrade to this thing since out of the box it renders my entire PS5 collection unplayable. Sony gets cocky real quick when they're on top of the market and start pulling crap like this.

My 4090 with 13900K combo cannot do 8K, how is this supposed to achieve that? Pretty sure this will be one of those cheap tactics they did with ps4 pro when they claimed 4K and later on gave us options to downscale it 1080p to achieve a stable 60fps. Forget 8k, this thing won't be able to achieve 4k 60fps on gta 6 and if does then i am for sure giving it a chance. 8K is just a gimmick at this point for consoles.

Extra Controller, Disk Drive, Console stand, PSN, Headset, games, a very good tv to tell the difference. Sold separately. It would suck to start playing video games in holiday of 2024.

They are insane
They have learned nothing, from the ps3 launch.
I thought the 599.99$ price, of the ps3 was bad but 699.99$
No disc drive, so your games you have bought physically will be useless on the ps5 pro, unless you pay 79.99$ for the etachable disc drive.
Plus they charge you extra for the stand
They have menaged to make, the ps3 look good with this announcement.
And worse no new first party games, were announced for the console.
Over 800$
Get the F outta here with the ps5 pro.

Sony just killed PlayStation because of their Greed. $700 for the console, $80 for the drive and $30 for the stand and taxes. Almost $900 dollars. Might as well buy a PC and keep it moving. Holly crap.
