What about when retinols make your skin a bit red? How do I know if I have chronic inflammation on my face. I get the burn feeling occasionally if I over do my retinol as I’m trying to use it more frequently. But how can I access my face and say yes, this is definitely inflammation? It doesn’t look swollen and that’s what I think of when I think of inflammation..

Dr you're right I have skin rash it's flear up and itchy. I changed my doctor she requested antibodies blood tests, I had very high inflammation 😢I was losing weight and gaining back it was a flear up.
