I chose Darth plaguis because I think it would be a cool and interesting way to tie the sequels in with the prequels and have it come full circle

I chose The Grand Inquisitor because maybe he survived in the fire and used the dark side like Maul to survive and became too powerful in the dark side, and now his power is slowly draining and he needs someone to gain it like someone powerful like Rey in the trailer.

You know, Snoke is a magically space potato that almost was cut into pieces is obviously that, just look at his head, it looks like a potato

I believe he is a new character, from the Old Republic Era, who was imprisoned by the Jedi. Maybe Revan, as a cool callback. Maybe the Clone Wars awoke him, and he witnessed the rise and fall of the empire from afar. I think it would make the galaxy larger, and more mysterious if he was a new character, and not something we've already seen, like Plagueis.

In my opinion, its an youngling that managed to escape from Skywalker during the temple attack in episode 3. Also, I think the damage seen on snoke's face is an result of skywalker attempt to kill him.
