Might be dust problems. Even though it looks cool (and is very functional for cooling), that fan on top with most everything exposed inside is horrible for dust coming inside

I mean if it’s the disc drive that’s going bad you’ve opened up your series x to clean it before and the disc drive is pretty easy to remove and replace

You might have to take it apart and clean the fan the fan might be dusty

clean out the disc player most likely the dust or the disc player is failing I had that happened on my Xbox One Launch console
