Our heart goes out to Anita Augustine’s Mother of victim Anna Sebastian who lost her life as a young girl full of dreams at such a young age to the work pressure of these Audit firms - this culture exists in all over especially (E&Y, PWC, KPMG) the fresh CA’s are put in such strains by their Team Leaders until they rise to Managers then the same shit happens at the bottom, the young kids it’s their 1st job after acquiring their CA certification - the company Top management should take cognizance to overcome such murder.

We pray that Almighty God Grant Eternal Rest to Anna’s departed Soul Amen 🕯🕯🕯& strength to Anna’s family.

This is the actual reality of private companies
During my pregnancy my manager used to assign extra work during logout time saying this is urgent and this continues for couple of days and when I raised this concern his response was heart breaking " you don't work in govt job, you are in private co. and can't work 9am to 5pm".
I used to cry a lot and I was not able to do any other things.
I went on maternity leaves around 2 months before delivery.
Feeling very sad for Anna's parents😢
She should have raised her voice, asked for sick leaves, revived

I resigned from job on next working day due to heavy work pressure and long work hours. I had very bad work experience with Company CEO as he was usually spoke abusive words to employees of company if they don't meet task deadline even though employee working for 60 hours a week.

I told HR, she didn't listen, she convinced everyone to work.. they can take some people to balance the work pressure but they won't.. They will budget problem.. Then for some months I worked couldn't handle.. one day, I fixed my mind and I raised my voice against my manager and asked for release
