I had a great experience with Delta many years ago. And even though it was completely my fault. I was on a layover with a second flight around 11:00 p.m. or so, I had one earbud in and for some reason I did not hear the person calling the gate and I completely miss my flight. I went to customer service, they paid for a hotel room and shuttle to and from back and rescheduled my flight for the next morning. Great customer service.

Around the holidays around November to December there are some flight attendants that bring out a speaker and say, “ all right everybody let’s get up it’s time to party!” “C, mon up and get your snacks right here.” There is also singing competitions. (That’s why I wanna fly on delta so bad, I use United but it’s also good too! 😊)

my dad is a pilot for delta so we get to go anywhere for free in first class whenever we want. delta recently came out with delta one and it is even fancier then first class. each seat has little doors that close and the chairs collapse into beds.
