Tilt the probe 5min after 12 o’clock gives a accurate probing? Because all the videos I see it’s says that the probe has to be parallel to the long axis of the tooth. So I’m king of confused.
I appreciate if you help me to understand this.

I take about 15 min to complete a perio chart. What is a reasonable amount of time to do a full periodontal chart including bleeding/exudate/recession?
