There's one more tricky part yo this door handle. To get the locking mechanism to come out you've got to take a flathead and push the backside of it flush so that it can slide out of the bigger knob piece. That took me another 15 mins to figure out.😂

So what if the door is locked closed and you don’t have access to the side where the latch thing is to remove the outer door handle?
