These 3 tricky puzzles check your ability to think outside the box. These are very famous puzzles designed to improve the lateral thinking.
Puzzles :
1 - Special Deal
Four players were playing a game of cards with a standard pack of 52 cards.
While dealing the cards, the dealer was interrupted by a phone call.
when he returned, no one could tell who was the last one he distributed the card to, before he left.
Without counting how many cards each player has or how many cards are remaining, how can he deal out the remaining cards in such a way that each player is dealt 13 cards?

2 -you are in an empty closed room with a glass of water.
Without using any measuring tool, how will you identify whether the water in glass is less than half filled or more than half filled.

3 - Correct the equation ""l0 l0 l0 = 9.50"" by placing just one straight line.
Do not make the equals signs as not equals, since it's not a clever solution.

if 9.50 is meant to tell time, it should be written as 9:50 with two dots.

for the 10 10 10 riddle, you said that this was an "equation" which isn't ever meant to be in time notation. This would be technically correct if you had said both sides aren't equal and kept it vague but the fact that you said it's an equation makes it so that we should rule out the stuff that isn't exactly math-related. I think you tried a little too hard to misdirect people into thinking it should be math-related and ended up compromising the nature of the riddle.

'Empty closed room' is shown in the video as completely dark. It makes one assume that one is not able to even 'see' the level of water in the glass.

The 2nd one would only work if the cup is a perfect cylinder. If the base is larger or smaller in diameter than the top of the cup, then it won't work. Also, 9:50 is not 9.50. If you wrote it as a real number, it would be

1:36 drink most of the water so you can tell its mostly empty

Second:
If the glass is slightly conical as some glasses are then the tilt logic won’t work.

for the first one, you could just deal the cards (starting anywhere) into new piles in front of each player, ...no matter where the last card ends up, you just rotate the piles around until the last card goes to you, and everyone should have the correct cards

if this was an interview question and the guy told me i was wrong for making the "does not equal to" sign with my one line i'd just say "if i know this will work and it's correct why would i need to do it another way? wouldn't you want an employee who can think of the simplest and quickest way to complete a task?" and then i'll be looking for another place to work lol

Puzzle 2: FAIL. Most glasses have an internal taper on the inside, making the top bigger than the bottom.
Puzzle 3: FAIL. Time requires a second dot above the decimal point (a colon).

Just because a puzzle is famous doesn't mean it has a correct solution.

For the last one, 9.50 is not standard time notation. It would be 9:50. 9.50 is the same as 9.5, or half passed 9, or 9:30, which is not 9:50

"Equation Riddle" : Draw a line through entire thing. If that isn't good enough, it didn't say you couldn't erase: then erase portions so that what is left of line makes + of 1 of 1st 10 thru 0 of 1st 10 to make it 8, make + of 1 of 2nd 10 leave 0 alone, make such a short piece left o=before 3rd 10 so that it becomes .10 (binary 2^-1 = .5 decimal) and between the 9 and .5 on the right side leave a minus so the EQUATION becomes +8+0.10 = 9-.50 or 8.5 = 8.5 : )

Didnt get last question as 9.50 is 9:30 for time(0.5 means half and 1 hour is 60min so 60×1/2 should be 30?)

Conversely the dealer could just take all cards back and deal again.

For the water puzzle, i drink it all and say its less than half.

9.5 would be 9:30 not 9:50. ':' != '.'
That's not how time works and that solution is invalid. So regardless of whether putting a slash through the equals sign is "clever" or not, its the only valid solution.

Another solution for Riddle 2:
Mark the water level.
Cover glass from above and then hold it upright.
If the level now is low from the recent one, it is less the half and vice versa... Isn't it right?

While i like some of your puzzles this one was pretty bad.
Riddle 1: You have to assume that the last card is given to the dealer. There is no universal law or rule that it must happen exactly this way.
Riddle 2: Your solution only works with a perfect cylinder shaped water glass. None of my glases at home have this shape and i probably neven seen one in a perfect cylindric shape. Most have cylindric shaped glasses do not have an exact 90° angle inside...
Riddle 3: 9, 5 is NOT a way to display time in any system i know. It could probably show the amount of hours or minutes, but than it would mean 9h30m...
While those riddles can be fun, they have nothing to do with pure logic.

10 to 10 = 10, 000, 000, 000 ... 9:50 is a clock, 9.50 is a decimal, so 9 thirty (this is even worse than the not-equal way).

Different solution to the first one: Give a person 13 cards then take whatever you gave earlier. Then keep repeating it
