Experience doesn't really matter at this point. Viltramites only have increased durability because there increased strength, bigger muscle mass meeting it can take more hits, but it has been show Viltramite getting paws put own them by other alien creatures.
Superman is only weak when exposed to Kryptonite, meaning Omni-Man won't be able to hurt him in a Hand-to-hand fight

let me put this into perspective. Nolan is fast enough to travel an alien planet roughly the same size as earth in seconds. Superman travels the universe in mere seconds and takes Nolan months to fly across it, and not even make it even close too of a fraction Supes did. Superman lifted a Key that was made of a dwarf star that weighed half a million tons and he carved it from a bigger piece. Nolan's biggest strength achievement from the Animated series is lifting an asteroid the size of Texas, but honestly a dwarf star chunk likely weighed just as much(or more). Nolan's Omni-Man is definitely getting bitch slapped for sure.
