The link will now take you to the CLI service. After you click his link and the site is loaded, on the left you need to now go to *Power Platform CLI* then *What is Power Platform CLI* then click *Install Power Platform CLI for Windows* .Once powerapps-cli has been downloaded and installed you can then launch PowerShell ISE in windows, then you can type *pac tool cmt* to get you to the common data service configuration migration tool, from that point on it should line up with his video. It appears each time to run it, we now have to go *pac tool cmt* in PowerShell ISE to bring up the tool

I found this tool recently. We have a task to migrate everything to brand new environment. I'm afraid in real scenario everything will be more tricky because of different users and currencies or other possible differences. I'll see soon))

Hi @Brian, your video has been a life saver. After importing data using the the cmt, will it overwrite all the existing data with additional ones added or migrate everything on top which causes duplicates?

Created On column take the date time when you are importing It not restoring (Copy) the source table datetime.

Hello, apparently a very efficient tool, however it was creating a mess with currency figures containing comma for decimal. It was buggy in this case, and Microsoft support never found a solution. … they said « it was designed for D365 not powerapps ». After weeks of wrestling the workaround was using Dataflow which is less easy to manage relationships and dataflows can’t be exported

I see the created on field gets updated to the time of the import. Is there a way to preserve the values of the created on field when migrating a table?
