And this is a fantastic skill that I’m sure would be very effective .

And I’m sure one of the challenges is to get yourself in a mindset that you fully believe in what you are saying and letting it present as genuine, not letting history pull your mind into the negative narratives behind the situation, such that the receiver perceives the dissonance of saying positive words, but actually
thinking a negative hidden behind the words .
