remember that collagen isn't like other proteins, it won't help build muscle but will help with your joints, skin, hair, etc. Still great for you, but when people hear protein they typically think of muscles.

It is important to note that the protein is primarily collagen and thus it will not propagate significant muscle protein synthesis. Otherwise, great tip! Very healthy!

This is a great video. I'm struggling with adult acne.I've been adding unflavoured collagen to my coffee for the last 2 months. It really helps to reduce pimples and redness by a bit. It doesn't clear it up, but it's enough for one to notice.
