One tip I can offer that’s helped me onboard and train is to start recording How To videos of each task I do as I’m doing them. If you do this ahead of time, when you’re ready to hire someone you will already have training vids associated with every task and ready for them!

I'm am so new it actually feels awkward. like, do i even have anything important to say? I'm passionate and been following you Vennassa and Gary Vee. I'm not selling product im sharing a story of truth. my struggle with depression, PTSD, ADHD, and the symptoms I've overcome from wanting to die to want to live. cognitive behavior therapy has been the most helpful treatment. i started a group on FB and it gives me strength when ppl are thanking me for sharing and with CBT most ppl don't even know about it. anyways im at in insecure spot, with the other platforms. What a great video! When I built sales funnels for clients in my social media marketing agency I LOVED using Paypal's invoice system with my clients. It's amazing and allows you to keep track of all of the transactions so when it comes time to pay taxes I had a record of EVERYTHING. It also allows you to add attachments into the invoice so if I had a new client agreement form, I could just attach it as a PDF to the invoice so there was always an easy-to-find record of it. PLUS if a client paid me late, Paypal's invoice system let you send a friend "reminder" email to the client so they can pay it lol. I stopped building funnels for clients this past December so now I'm 100% using Stripe to sell digital products online, but Paypal really is an incredible system and I'm really grateful for all the tools they provide solopreneurs and growing teams.
