El Moto part 45 test ride with PZEM 051 meter

I'm trying a PZEM-051 meter on the bike. It shows the battery packs voltage level, the wattage of the device(s) that are drawing power, the current that is flowing (out of the battery pack) in amperage & has a Wh counter to monitor the energy that was used.
The battery pack is a 48V 2kWh module from a Chevy Volt. I'm interested to see how much energy we can (safely) draw out of this pack.

* A concern I have is that this meter is rated @ 100V & 100A.
We are only running 48V (so, we are good there)
But, this motor can draw well over 200A
...so, this will be a test to see if it can handle over 100A

**I don't see why not, it's just getting a signal from the shunt, no amperage will actually flow thru it.
Here is a link to the meter

Thanks for watching,
If ya liked it, there's a button for that

Looks like youve detailed your really nice.
 That new seat makes the bike look like an old lady in Pasadena only drove it to church on Sundays.
 Im wondeirng if adding a little boost battery to get voltage up to 52v would be worth it. Would you controller ease up on current then??
