The gun didn't aim and fire itself. His interview where he said he didn't pull the trigger has been proven again and again to be impossible with that single action he was using. My guess is he had the trigger already pulled and then fanned the hammer

Alec Baldwin should have been indicted for negligent homicide the day it happened. That Baldwin was not indicted immediately shows there is no such thing as equal justice for all. Everyone is forgetting about the young girl who was put responsible with all the guns . She should be held responsible. This was her first set and it was a very big responsibility!!!

In order for that gun to go off! It had to be caught. Mr. Baldwin had to have the trigger pulled when he released the hammer for the gun to go off. I don't see any other explanation. It's just the way that weapon works.
