Excellent. ...You could probably do a book on product - channel fit, alone. jk it sounds like there's too much in flux and lots of discussion to be had before it can be bookified.

These are invaluable points that startups must do (in my experience). I agree that having a single ICP, audience and persona is imperative, in Gary Vs segment he advised that everyone have 10-20 personas so that a highly personalized message can be delivered to each persona, which is facilitated by AI. Am I mixing different points or is this conflicting advice?
