Ukraine invades Russia: Russian civilians seek shelter as fighting rages

More than a month has passed since Ukraine launched its invasion into Russia's Kursk region, causing widespread disruption. this is very old and it is not true as statement.
when they were evacuated nothing was destroyed of their houses.
how much russia has shelled after the evacuation amd by today, in that region, is another story.
I followed all recordings from the beginning of the kursk mission. I recognise parts of it used in this clip combo.
no one shelled them while evacuation. so they have no cue if any of their houses were destroyed as they arrived in those shelters.
evacuation went peacefull.
but
why in heck have they left several hundred people, left behind and mayors cut off the main water supply for them. that is a very unhuman act.

ukraine provides humanitarian aid on those that russia has left behind as human shields.
those that yell about destruction in this clip
are those that were told false things or aim to hopefully get a totally new house later... since russia evacuated them for to destroy the areas totally.

I am very surprised that
al jazeera uses old footage and presents it as new and even as trust worthy fact on nower date.
please don't do that because I do love your neutral reporting streams. this one was a patch up of old material and false interpretation into today.
