Hi Andy! On my Hero 10 I’m not using the GoPro Mod. I’m using the SNAP MOUNT for quick mounting to other devices (and I love it!)…as for using the external mic adapter [that I used on my Hero 7] I merely tie-strapped it to the SNAP MOUNT frame for using it with my Hero 10 and it works beautifully! The GoPro Mod is tempting but costing $80 USD I don’t necessarily need to watch my camera footage on tv via HDMI as I can Bluetooth it from my iPad Pro or MacBook Pro to my smart LG tv. Plus, I already have the 3.5mm mic connector on my adapter for my external mic. Great video! Stay safe as I ‘binge onward’! ~Jim~

I like the new GoPro Volta accessory. It works as a tripod, handle grip, remote control and battery charger all at once.
