Man i love this channel. Its always super down to earth, extremely easy to understand and everything. Also i swear it can read my thoughts cause i was literally thinking about how de-energized i've been feeling lately. I think i'm thinking too much about my future, as well as reflecting too much on embarrassing past events that happened earlier in my life...

My teachers at my school don’t understand the sheer pressure us teens have to face. Having people I can listen to without immediately going “ok boomer” clears my mind. I’m going through hard times with a rejection and major tests coming up. Thanks for everything Psych2Go!

These are all true facts. I am guilty of doing all of these, I do have a bad habit of planning too far ahead in the future, or dwelling in the past, but I need to focus on the current present moment. Staying indoors for long periods of time can ruin you. It's nice to get outside of the house sometimes, doing simple things such as walking outside of your house, going to the park etc. They will help you.
