Omg. Yes. I have went in store and found all the items left off my order. I took all items to the manager and showed her my order. She did give my products and $20 WC but it was still a headache and would rather have items I ordered. With all the perks that come along.

When I go to Walgreens to do my in store deals I also place the online order while I’m in store and I physically pick the items and put them on the photo counter and I put a piece of paper with the items and write “mobile order for (enter name) self picked (enter date, enter time) order # (enter order number from the confirmation page)
Then I tell an employee or manager about it so they don’t cancel my order since we all know once the order cancels, the coupons are not available to redeem… that way I know what I’m getting

I like to go in the store and pick up all my items then sit down by the pharmacy and place my order online. That way I know I get everything I need for the deals. My store does the same thing all the time and it is frustrating. Good luck on your next deals. Thank you for sharing.

Yes, it happened to me couple times already. So I just w its rebates money back I go to the store u go inside and yes frustrating they have a lit of products of the one was going to buy. Employee they need to get it together.

Oh Bree, i so hope you see this comment. The past few days I have had so much trouble getting my prescriptions filled. This has been going on since last thursday and today is tuesday. I called the walgreens store without anything getting resolved. They were saying it was an insurance problem. I have learned how the pharmacy manager there acts and only does his work half way and tries to blame it on the other employees. He was surprised because I called my insurance company and they called him and he essentially was trying to blame it on me. He had the nerve to say I should have called them first before reporting him to insurance company. I told I had tried to do all those things without getting anything straight and not getting my medicine. I had to go up there again to attempt again to get my meds and guess what? The system was down. I have called walgreens and blue cross and I will call them again. So I totally understanding your frustration. Oh one of the meds won't be there till thursday because it was not ordered which should have been done already. Walgreens is getting on my nerves big time!!

I started couponing one year now and got a lot of stuff for little out of pocket and experience. My experience tells me don’t chase Ibotta and Rackuten. So frustrating when deals to happen. Thank you for the ideas

I did a deal recently which included an .88 candy. I asked them to substitute for anything chocolate at the same price. They cancelled the candy which messed up my total, my booster didn’t work, etc. of all things! There are tons of .88 candy bars. I was shocked. Made no sense!

They messed up my curbside order today too, the lady didn't care, just walked off, went to front registrar and instead of adding the missing RR the manager took another 5 mins to do return of items!! Wrote him up. That Walgreen is 2 mins away from my home yet I usually drive 10 mins away for this crappy CS!

I have had the same problem with curbside pickup. I go to get my order and they have plenty of the item on the shelves and yet it was cancelled on my order. They can not (or will not) add the items back in that they have cancelled. VERY frustrating.

I appreciate your rant because this stuff happens to me. A lot of other YouTubers will not show this kind of stuff. I guess they think it’s better to pretend it doesn’t happen. The problem is that it does happen.

I had something similar to your in store situation last week. On my order I checked substitute with same brand and in comments added "If three not available remove from order". When only one was included in the order I asked the manager about it. He said he wasn't aware of comments being visible from the store's end. I posted about it on a WG FB page and a moderator who is also a store employee said sometimes comments are visible and sometimes not. She seems credible, so I will not rely on comments in the future.
