Tia Garner u are correct! Ive done it with points and it printed and I've done it again and it didn't print. I called customer service and they gave me points with no issues!

The $5 RR didn't print because your total needed to be $15. You can pay with pts and receive both. I have done it a few times now using pts and got both the $7 & the $5 RR.

You can use points when it says spend and your getting back a register reward. You just didn't get the Revlon to 15. I've been doing it for weeks with the revlon deals and mines printed just fine and I used points and register reward.

My store doesn’t have the savings booklet, but it’s all digital. So far it’s worked with all my manufacturers coupons when I remember to clip them!

Would you be able to explain how register rewards and points work. Every time I try paying with points they tell me I won’t receive what I’m supposed to.

When u go on line to print off the coupons at coupon .com and you take it to the store they don't want to take more than which is crazy

The reason your 2 off 2 digital coupon didn't come off, is because you used a RR, it didn't attach to what you wanted it to.

I did a deal today with 2 of the 10 RR from Revlon last week.

I bought 2 excedrin for 22 dollars. I also bought 4 Arizona teas. I used (2) 10 RR's and (2) 1.50 off for the excedrin. The only way it would work, is he had to scan the Excedrin coupons first, if he had used the RR's first, it would have attached the Excedrin's.

Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do about it, because DQ come off after RR's.

I hope this makes sense.
