We are missing a big point is that Big mom was fine in Kaido flashback and she wasn't even injured so I think Rocks was the only one who defeated by Roger and garp and as we all know if captain of the crew is defeated it means whole crew is lost same is happening in wano when King and queen defeated CP0 member said as long as Kaido is standing beast Pirate didn't lose.

I think the idea perfectly fits. At the beginning of the current fight both Big Mom and Kaido kept telling each other to back out of the fight many times.

The "God Valley" incident probably was Roger Pirates(at the time) & Garp vs Rocks Pirates. In addition, Kaidou was young, unexperienced and without his df, and WB prob switched sides. In my opinion it probably went like: Gaban & Rayleigh vs 15y/o Kaidou & BM, Roger & Garp vs Shiki & WB while Xebec laughing and watching. Something happened that made WB knocked out Shiki, for awhile it was WB vs Garp & Roger, but eventually he decided to fight against Xebec. So, WB & Roger vs Xebec, Gaban get knocked out and Garp replace him. Rayleigh & Garp knocked out Kaidou. The island is prob crumbling at this point. Everyone's getting off the island; Rayleigh grabbed Gaban and left the island with all the Roger Pirates, BM took Kaidou and left the island. The only fight on the island that includes the remaining monsters: WB & Roger & Garp vs Xebec. finaly, Xebec died and WB, Roger and Garp somewhere near the place that God Valley existed. WB asked Garp not include that he switched sides(for some reason) in Garp's report or something like that and everyone went to their own way. Meanwhile, Kaidou wakes up on BM's ship and BM gives Kaidou his fruit. Instead of giving it to one of her 5 already exsiting children.

You forgot that there were scooter gaban and rayleigh it was a fight between Roger's crew + Garp vs Rock's crew.
But yes it is true that rock pirates wasn't a real crew they ego was too big.

In the flashback kaido and big mom weren’t even at the fight, meaning roger and garp didn’t fight the whole crew

Maaan I’ve been knew to that, everyday pirates in that crew die due to interior conflict and all of them are the worst of humanity soooo when he got defeated they all left and their own division followed them.
